Manufacturers of biotech products for sustainable agriculture

Created in 1993 and is based in Olèrdola (Barcelona), Futureco Bioscience is an agrobiotechnological company focused on research and innovation of products for crop protection and nutrition. Since its creation, the company has been characterised by a strong investment in R&D and by an ecological and sustainable approach, with an emphasis on regenerative agriculture. The company is distinguished by its “in house” organisation, developing and manufacturing its biotech products from its own headquarters and marketing them globally: it is present in more than 40 countries and has partners, collaborators and associates all over the world.

Our headquarters are located in the Penedès wine region, just outside of Barcelona, Spain. There we have, in addition to the offices, a large area of laboratories that include a pilot plant, climatic chambers and greenhouses and a large area dedicated to warehouses, manufacturing and packaging.

Spain stands out as a renowned agri-food power not only at the European level, but also at the global level. Its agri-food industry, renowned for the quality of its products and its wide variety, occupies a prominent place on the international stage, so much so that the country has become a benchmark with an entrepreneurial ecosystem throughout the agri-food value chain. In addition, the sector is undergoing a major transformation towards digitalization and sustainability to address challenges such as climate change and emerging consumer trends.
