Mas Curr\u00f3 produces,\u00a0<strong>with the maximum respect for the environment,\u00a0<\/strong>a high quality oil, both in terms of its organoleptic qualities and of its health benefits, thanks to its high level of polyphenols (more than 500 mg \/ Kg).\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Futureco Bioscience will carry out two field trials at M\u00e1s Curr\u00f3 (2020-21 campaign): both will have Control plots (untreated) and plots where the experimental bioinsecticide will be applied. The biopesticide formulation, which proved to be better\u00a0in terms of efficiency and persistence in field and semi-field conditions\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.futurecobioscience.com\/storage\/pdf\/INNOLIVAR-bioinsecticide-olive-fly-863.pdf\">in the previous campaign<\/a>, will be applied to the soil approximately one week before the olive harvest (November), in order to reach the maximum number of pupae (of\u00a0<em>Bactrocera oleae<\/em>) possible, thus reducing the level of inoculum that will remain in the soil throughout the winter, and reducing the pressure of the pest in spring.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Futureco Bioscience announces the collaboration agreement, within the framework of the INNOLIVAR project, with\u00a0Mas Curr\u00f3\u00a0for the assessment of the efficacy of a new biopesticide product for the control of the olive fruit fly.
